About these terms
These terms apply when you use brandbrine.com. “BrandBrine”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean [LLC legal name], a limited liability company registered in [US state], with its office at 2063 Caesar Pl, Bronx, New York 10473, USA.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
Using our website
You may browse the website, read our Insights articles and share links to them for your own, non-commercial use. Please don’t:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law, or that harms the website or other people who use it;
- try to get unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
- send spam or automated messages or bookings through our forms or calendar;
- copy large parts of the website, or scrape it with automated tools, without our written permission.
We may change, pause or remove any part of the website at any time.
Our content and brand
The website and everything on it, including the BrandBrine name, logo, brand patterns and icons, text, designs and articles, belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You can’t use our name, logo or brand assets without our written permission.
Client names, logos and work shown on the website belong to their owners and are shown with their permission.
Enquiries, quotes and projects
Sending a message or booking a discovery call doesn’t create a contract, and doesn’t commit you or us to any work. Prices on the website are a guide. Your quote or proposal sets out the actual price and what’s included.
Each project is covered by its own written proposal or agreement. It sets out the scope, timeline, price, payment terms, number of revisions and who owns the finished work. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement wins.
Booking a call
You can book, move or cancel a discovery call through the calendar on our website, using the links in your confirmation email. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to change it. Calls are free and don’t commit you to anything.
Other websites
The website links to other websites and services, such as social networks. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Our responsibility to you
We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. The information on it, including our Insights articles, is general guidance, not professional advice for your situation.
As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for any loss that comes from using the website or relying on its content, including loss of profit, business or data.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Your privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information, and our Cookie Policy explains the cookies we use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version on the website when you use it is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute will be dealt with by the state or federal courts in New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your own courts.
